Welcome to my blog. Hopefully what you find here will be useful.

I have been a qualified therapist for nearly 20 years and use a blended approach of traditional talking therapies (CBT, NLP, EFT, ERP, Clinical Hypnotherapy) plus lots of others approaches and recognised therapeutic applications with my clients.

It is really important to me that what I offer provides the support you need. I don't sugarcoat the journey I have been on with my own Anxiety problems as my own experience is what gives me a greater depth of understanding what my clients are going through.
